Job Summary:
Sri Balaji Appliances Pvt Ltd, a rapidly growing Indian e-commerce company, is looking for a skilled and organized Co-Ordinator. Our company, which has been operational since 2021, specializes in electronic home appliances, apparel, accessories, and consumer electronics. The Co-Ordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing processes, coordinating logistics, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process Management: Oversee the efficient execution of daily operations, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and optimized for maximum productivity.
– Logistical Coordination: Manage the logistics related to product distribution, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. Ensure that products are delivered on time and that stock levels are maintained efficiently.
– Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
– Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize processes and drive better decision-making.
– Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
– Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between different departments and stakeholders. Ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards the company’s objectives.
– Resource Management: Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, materials, and finances, to ensure optimal use and efficiency.
– Operational Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards. Identify and manage risks associated with operational activities, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
– Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any operational issues as they arise, ensuring that disruptions are minimized and operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in a coordination role within an e-commerce or retail environment.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
– Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
Salary:
– Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 (Min) to ₹30,000 (Max) based on experience and performance.
– Incentives: Additional incentives(1000/Mo to 3000/Mo) based on performance and successful task completion.
