Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us by providing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. The original complainant will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed a legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive such notification within 10 business days, we will restore the material to our website.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
