Job Summary: Sri Balaji Appliances Pvt Ltd, a leading Indian e-commerce company specializing in electronic home appliances, apparel, accessories, and consumer electronics, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with the office administrator to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets. Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
-Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Sales Promotion: Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. Utilize various sales channels to maximize product visibility and drive revenue growth.
-Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the office administrator to ensure that sales processes are streamlined and efficient. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
-Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
-Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring that all promotional activities and sales initiatives are cost-effective and within budget.
Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement strategies effectively.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary:
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 based on experience and performance.
Annual Salary Package: Starting from ₹1,80,000 per annum, with potential growth based on sales performance and achievement of targets.
Incentives: Attractive incentive structure based on sales achievements and targets met.
