Job Summary:
Sri Balaji Appliances Pvt Ltd, a leading Indian e-commerce company, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. Specializing in electronic home appliances, apparel, accessories, and consumer electronics, our company has been serving customers across India since 2021. The Telecaller will play a vital role in connecting with potential and existing customers, generating leads, and driving sales for our high-priority products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation: Identify potential customers by searching Google, social media platforms, and other online resources. Gather leads and build a robust customer database.
– Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote our products. Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
– Sales Conversion: Manage and nurture leads through consistent communication, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the sales funnel to conversion.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, Coordinator, and back-office executives to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts. Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
– Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
– Sales Reporting: Observe and maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities. Update and monitor the sales chart to track progress and report to the management.
– Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction. Encourage repeat business by offering additional products and services.
– Dedication: Demonstrate a commitment to the role by being punctual, reliable, and focused on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Qualifications:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
– Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
– Monthly Salary: start at ₹5,000 (Min) to ₹30,000 (Max) depending on experience and performance.
– Incentives: Attractive incentive structures starting with ₹2,000, with additional rewards based on sales achievements.
